Privacy, in plain language

This page explains what the Swan's Pub website may collect and where information goes when you choose to book, call, get directions, or make a group inquiry.

Reservations

The reservation page embeds Swan's OpenTable booking form. OpenTable processes booking information under its own privacy terms. This website does not treat a reservation-page visit or reserve-button click as a completed booking.

Email updates

When you join our email list, your email address is stored in Swan's Pub's HighLevel account to send the updates you requested. Joining is optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email, or contact us below.

Group inquiries

The group inquiry form on the Groups page is provided by Toast, Swan's events and point-of-sale provider. Details you enter are sent to Swan's events team through Toast and handled under Toast's privacy terms. This website does not store them.

Analytics

The website records interactions such as menu views, reservation clicks and successful newsletter signups in the browser. Email addresses and inquiry details are not included in those events. Those events, along with standard page-visit information such as the pages viewed, device type and referring site, are shared with Google through Google Tag Manager to measure how the website is used.

Third-party services

Links may open OpenTable, Toast, Google Maps, Instagram, your phone app, or your email app. Those services have their own privacy practices.
